| Expungement |

The state wants you to expunge your misdemeanor convictions so that you can get a good job and opt in to the mainstream materialist  consumer culture.  The government would rather have you buying things and paying taxes than rotting in a jail cell at state expense.  This is  why the state makes it very easy for you to expunge your criminal records, so that you can get a better job and pay taxes.

Any misdemeanor that is not for a sex crime or disobeying a traffic officer can be expunged.  Any felony for which you were not sentenced to  state prison can be reduced to a misdemeanor and then expunged.  If you went to state prison then the best we can do is a Certificate of  Rehabilitation.

We can also help you with early termination of your probation.  Early termination of probation is currently getting easier and easier and  sometimes we can make a phone call and find out where to send you in person at the courthouse.

The facts are that the state is going broke by warehouseing people in jails and prisons and the point is that you should start cleaning up your  criminal record now.

What You Need to Get Started:

1.  Date and penal or other codes and/or statutes of each conviction,
2.  Details of your sentence: jail time, probation period, fines, diversion programs, etc.
3.  Optional: any schools or job programs you are working on completing so that you can get a better job.

If you do not have your original court paperwork, then it is best to get an official printout of your electronic docket.  In Los Angeles County these  have a county seal stamped on the last page, along with the clerk's signature.  These detailed records are private and confidential and you are  the only one who can obtain them.  In the alternative you can sign a release and I will have my attorney service go to court and obtain them at  an extra expense.  Our computer accounts with Los Angeles County can only find the date and criminal code of your conviction, not the  nessessary details of your sentencing or probation.
